How to acess Freedom Fone?
Call our Customer Service Department during regular business hours to obtain your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Once you have obtained your Personal Identification Number (PIN), you may access your account(s) through Freedom Fone.
You can listen to the following:
Account Inquiries
- Checking balance(s)
- Savings balance(s)
- Certificate of Deposit (CD) balance(s), interest earned and date paid
- Loan Payoff balance(s), date and amount of last loan payment
- Year-To-Date (YTD) and previous year's interest information
Inquiries
- Check to see if a specific check has cleared
- Obtain ten most recent transactions
- Obtain a fax copy of your current statement
