If you are interested in enrolling in our online bill payment service, Freedom Xpress, you will need the following information:
- Your Account Number
- Your Freedom Fone Personal ID Number (PIN)**
** User id for initial login. At this point, you will be promted to change your password. If you do not have a Freedom Fone PIN number, please contact our Customer Service representatives by phone or in person.
